Introducing Kodo's attachment series inspired by the awesome grip strength of rock climbers. Our custom molded rack attached Jug Handle climbing holds will test and fortify the grip strength of any athlete. Offering a fun and challenging variation to standard pull up bars, our holds work great for static holds and pull-ups. Our holds develop tendon and forearm strength like few other tools can. • High quality professional textured climbing holds custom made from polyurethane resin-these are not 3D printed climbing holds. 
• Available with either 5/8" or 1" hardware. Custom hardware is permanently attached and cannot be changed between 5/8" and 1". 
• Will fit both Domestic and Overseas made squat racks with 2" hole spacing on 3"x3" crossmembers. Each jug hold utilizes three holes. 
• Anti-rotational posts are integrated into the protective backing. These will prevent the hold from spinning in the event of any hardware loosening over time. 
• Customize the spacing between the holds on your rack for your specific training style and arm width. 
  
• Protective plastic backings protects your rack finish.
  
• Jug hold takes chalk like a champ, but has plenty of texture without it.

• 5/8" or 1" open ended or socket wrench. Impact drivers and drills are not needed or recommended for installation. 
• Included 5/16" Allen Wrench
