Most barbell training is limited by the amount of weight the athlete can lift concentrically—even though the athlete can typically control more weight eccentrically.
FREEMAX Weight Releasers make the eccentric load an independent training variable. Add weight during the lowering phase, then release that additional load at the selected height so the athlete can lift the remaining bar weight.
This makes accentuated eccentric loading practical, repeatable, and easy to incorporate into familiar strength exercises.
AEL does not have to mean extreme or supramaximal loading. Coaches can independently program the eccentric and concentric loads to match the athlete, exercise, and intended training effect.

We DO charge a restocking fee on all returns that do not involve a fault in our product or shipping due to the high cost in shipping we have to incur. When purchasing please make sure you are selecting the correct items and quantities.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Customers must pay for return shipping.
